Universal Credit E+W+S

33.—(1) In the table in regulation 22 of the Universal Credit Regulations(1) (deduction of income and work allowance)—

(a) for “£573”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “£631”; and

(b) for “£344”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “£379”.

(2) The amounts specified in the table in regulation 36 of the Universal Credit Regulations(2) (table showing amounts of elements) shall be as set out in Schedule 13 to this Order.

(3) In paragraph 14(1) of Schedule 4 to the Universal Credit Regulations(3) (amount of housing cost contributions) for “£77.87” substitute “£85.73”.
