1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Contributions) (Re-rating) Consequential Amendment Regulations 2023.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 6th April 2023 immediately after the coming into force of the Social Security (Contributions) (Rates, Limits and Thresholds Amendments and National Insurance Funds Payments) Regulations 2023(1).
