Amendment of regulation 107

49.  In regulation 107(3)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (b), after “R accrued” insert “in any office in relation to which benefits are calculated under the post-1995 provisions”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (c), after “period” insert “and for the offices”.
