68.  In regulation 2(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Cairnryan Border Control Posts) (EU Exit) (Scotland) Special Development Order 2021 (interpretation), in paragraph (b) of the definition of “border department”(1) for “Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy” substitute “Secretary of State for Business and Trade”.
