5. In section 114A(2)(a) of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (power to apply Act to officers of the Secretary of State etc)(1), for “the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy” substitute “the Secretary of State for Business and Trade”.
Section 114A was inserted by the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001, section 85.
