Requirement to apply for a QHS certificate78

A qualifying heat supplier is subject to civil enforcement action—
a
of the kind described in Schedule 4 to the Heat Network (Metering and Billing) Regulations 201422;
b
in the circumstances described in that Schedule.

For the purposes of paragraph (1), that Schedule applies with the modifications set out in Schedule 1.
