The Secretary of State makes these Regulations with the consent of the Treasury in exercise of the powers conferred by section 70(1) and (2)(a) of the Higher Education and Research Act 20171.
Citation, commencement, extent and application1

These Regulations may be cited as the Higher Education (Registration Fees) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into force on 13th June 2023.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales.

Regulation 2 applies to the amount of the ongoing fee payable by an institution on or after 1st August 2023.
