SCHEDULE 4 STREETS SUBJECT TO STREET WORKS

Interpretation

1.  In this Schedule—

“cable works” means works to place, retain and maintain underground electrical and communications apparatus; and

“culvert works” means repair, replace, extend or alter and maintain an existing culvert.
