CHAPTER 4 E+W Designated courses and designated part-time courses

Amendments relating to courses for initial further education teacher training E+W

47.  In regulation 144(6A) (fee loans for designated part-time courses beginning on or after 1st September 2012)(1), for sub-paragraph (a) (other than “and” at the end of that sub-paragraph) substitute—

“(a) the current course is a course falling within regulation 2(1ZA)(e), (f), (g), (h) or (i);”.
