14.  In Part 35 (Appeal to the High Court by case stated), in rule 35.4 (Duty of justices’ legal adviser)—

(a)for paragraph (2) substitute—

(2) A justices’ legal adviser must assist the court by—

(a)preparing and amending the draft case, and

(b)completing the case stated.; and

(b)at the end of the rule insert—
