PART 5 E+W+S POWERS OF ACQUISITION

Compulsory acquisition of land: minerals E+W+S

19.  Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 2 (minerals) to the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 are incorporated in this Order, subject to the following modifications—

(a) for “acquiring authority” substitute “undertaker”; and

(b) for “undertaking” substitute “authorised project”.
