Amendment of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) (Fees) Regulations 1995

9.  In the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) (Fees) Regulations 1995(1), after regulation 3(9) insert—

“(10) No fee is payable under these Regulations in relation to a licence issued under the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 as modified by regulation 33A of, and Schedule 3A to, the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Regulations 1995.”.
