Provisions coming into force on 14th August 2023
2. The following provisions of the Higher Education (Freedom of Speech) Act 2023 come into force on 14th August 2023—
(a)section 10;
(b)section 11 insofar as it relates to the provision set out in paragraphs (c) and (d);
(c)paragraph 1 of the Schedule insofar as it relates to the provision set out in paragraph (d);
(d)paragraph 12 of the Schedule.
