the installation, use, protection and maintenance of, and access to, Esso’s apparatus (for the benefit of Esso and its undertaking; and for the benefit of the undertaker and the authorised development);

the provision, maintenance and retention of ecological or landscape mitigation, including re-profiling; and

the construction of a new private means of access to and egress from land (lying generally to the south and west of plots 03-03, 03-13 and 03-14) and being generally as shown on sheet 3 of the rights of way and access plans; and a right to use and maintain such private means of access (including a right of access with or without vehicles, plant and machinery) for the benefit of that land
