Article 6 is amended as follows.

In paragraph 3 in the first subparagraph after “Article 2(2) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 3924/91” insert “or, where there is no PRODCOM code, by the code referred to in Section B or C of Annex 1 (NACE rev. 2) to Regulation (EC) No. 1893/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 December 20068 as it has effect in EU law”.
