In these Regulations—

• “the 2022 Act” means the Building Safety Act 2022;

• “AP” means accountable person3;

• “PAP” means principal accountable person4;

• “the register” means the register of higher-risk buildings held by the regulator pursuant to section 78 of the 2022 Act.
