PART 1 Introduction

Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Building Regulations etc. (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2023.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st October 2023.

(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.

(4) In these Regulations “the 2010 Regulations” means the Building Regulations 2010(1).
