Notwithstanding the commencement of Schedule 6 to the 2022 Act, section 10(6), 19(4), 21(3), (4) and (6), 22(4), 24(2), 25(2) and (5), 36(3), 39, 40(1), 55(1), 62(2), 68(3), 73(2), 75(2) and (3),77(1), 78(7), 85(3), 98, 102, 103 of, or paragraph 3(3) of Schedule 2 to, the 1984 Act continue to apply, as those provisions had effect immediately before 1st October 2023, in relation to an appeal or application under any of those provisions which was made before that date.

Notwithstanding the commencement of paragraph 20 of Schedule 5 to the 2022 Act, section 16(10) of the 1984 Act continues to apply, as that provision had effect immediately before 1st October 2023, in relation an application for a reference under that provision which was made before that date.
