An application for registration, or for an extension of registration, under regulation 14 must—
a
be made in such manner as the FCA may direct, and
b
contain, or be accompanied by, such information as the FCA may reasonably require.

On receiving an application for registration or for an extension of registration under regulation 14, the FCA must assess whether the application is complete within the period of 20 working days beginning with the receipt of the application.

Where the application is not complete, the FCA must set a deadline by which the applicant is to provide additional information.

After having assessed an application as complete, the FCA must notify the applicant accordingly.
