31. In sections 300H(5) (rules relating to investment exchanges and data reporting service providers) and 312E(4) (public censure) of FSMA 2000, for “Data Reporting Services Regulations 2017 (S.I. 2017/699)” substitute “Data Reporting Services Regulations 2024”.
32. Omit paragraph 9I(a) and (c) of the Schedule to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Recognition requirements for Investment Exchanges, Clearing Houses and Central Securities Depositaries) Regulations 2001(1) (provision of data reporting services).
33. For article 2(f) of the Financial Services Act 2012 (Relevant Functions in relation to Complaints Scheme) Order 2014(2) (relevant functions of the FCA), substitute—
“(f)its functions under the Data Reporting Services Regulations 2024.”.
34. In the Schedule to the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order 2014(3) (prescribed persons), in the entry for the “Financial Conduct Authority”, for paragraph (m)(ii) substitute—
“(ii)the Data Reporting Services Regulations 2024”.
35. In the Schedule to the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order (Northern Ireland) 1999(4) (prescribed persons), in the entry for the “Financial Conduct Authority”, for paragraph (m)(ii) substitute—
“(ii)the Data Reporting Services Regulations 2024”.
