Amendment of Schedule 13 to the Air Navigation Order 201612.

(1)

Schedule 13 (penalties) to the Air Navigation Order 20167 is amended as follows.

In Part 1 (provisions referred to in article 265(5)), in Chapter 5, for the entry in the first column “CAT.OP.MPA.305(b)” substitute “CAT.OP.MPA.305(a) and (b)”.
