7. In regulation 6 (application of Part 2), in paragraph (2)—
(a)at the end of sub-paragraph (a) omit “or”; and
(b)at the end of sub-paragraph (b) insert—
“; or
(c)for registration in the Anaesthesia Associates and Physician Associates Register kept under article 5(1) of the Anaesthesia Associates and Physician Associates Order 2024(1).”.
