Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation1.

This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) (Amendment) Order 2024 and comes into force on 5th March 2024.

This Order extends to England and Wales.

In this Order, “the GPDO” means the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 20152.
