30.  Paragraph 89(2)(1) has effect as if—

(a) in the words before paragraph (a), after “in writing” there were inserted “to the court.”; and

(b) paragraphs (a) to (d) were omitted.

Paragraph 89 was amended by the Enterprise Act 2002 (c. 40), section 248(2) and Schedule 16 (as amended by S.I. 2003/2096, article 2(1) and (5)).
