An air cargo agent included on the list of security approved air cargo agents must give notice to the Secretary of State if at any time any information provided to the Secretary of State in accordance with regulation 4(3) or (4) is rendered inaccurate by any change of circumstances. Such notice must be given within seven days of such change occurring and must include the revised information.
