Rule 1.6 has effect as if, in paragraph (2), in the table—
(a)
the first entry (bankrupt) were omitted;
(b)
in the second entry (company where it is the subject of the proceedings), in the second column, paragraphs (e), (f) and (g) were omitted;
(c)
the fourth entry (debtor) were omitted;
(d)
in the final entry (proceedings), paragraph (t) were omitted.
