Part 7 Amendment to the National Health Service Pension Schemes (Amendment) Regulations 2023

Amendment of regulation 24

36.  In the National Health Service Pension Schemes (Amendment) Regulations 2023(1), for regulation 24 (expiry of modifications in this Part) (including the heading), substitute—

“Application and expiry of modifications in this Part

24.   The modifications in this Part apply only—

(a) for the purposes of members’ contributions payable under the National Health Service Pension Scheme Regulations 2015 in respect of the scheme year 2022/23; and

(b) until the end of 31st March 2025.”.
