Amendment of regulation 117 (inspection of documents open to public inspection)9.
In regulation 117—
(a)
in paragraph (1)(b), at the end insert “, except the documents specified in paragraph (1A).”

(b)
after paragraph (1) insert—
“(1A)
The specified documents are—
(a)
ballot papers,
(b)
completed corresponding number lists,
(c)
certificates of employment on the day of the election, and
(d)
the list compiled in accordance with regulation 84H(1) and any extracts produced from that list.”.
