These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security and Universal Credit (Migration of Tax Credit Claimants and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2024.

Subject to paragraphs (3) and (4), these Regulations come into force on 1st April 2024.

Regulation 8(2) comes into force on 6th April 2025.

Regulation 8(3) and (4) comes into force on 6th April 2024.

Any amendment made by these Regulations has the same extent as the provision amended.

This regulation extends to England and Wales and Scotland.
