This Statutory Instrument has been made to revoke and replace S.I. 2014/2926, as amended by S.I. 2015/236, but in doing so addresses defects in S.I. 2014/2926. Accordingly, this Statutory Instrument is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of S.I. 2014/2926 and S.I. 2015/236.

This Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 8(1), (2)(c), (e), (n), (p) and (q) and (3), 57(1) and (2), 58, 59(2), 61(1) and 63(8) of the Civil Aviation Act 19491, as extended to certain territories by the Civil Aviation Act 1949 (Overseas Territories) Order 19692, and sections 60(1), (2), (3)(c), (e), (n) and (p) to (r) and (4), 61(1), 101 and 102(2) and (5) of, and paragraphs 2 to 6 of Part III of Schedule 13 to, the Civil Aviation Act 19823, as extended to certain territories by the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (Overseas Territories) Order 20014 and the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (Overseas Territories) Order 20215.
