2.  In Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Local Elections (Northern Ireland) Order 1985 (absent voting: voting by post, by proxy and by post as proxy)(1), in the Appendix, replace the Statement as to Postal Ballot Papers(2) with the form in Schedule 1.
