5. Sections 95, 96A, 97 and 98 of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 (land held by public bodies)(1).

1980 c. 65. Section 96A was inserted, and section 97 substituted, by paragraphs 2 and 3 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1988 (c. 9). Section 98 was amended by paragraphs 4(2) and (3) of the Local Government Act 1988, section 176(1) of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (c. 28), and by S.I. 2009/1941.
