Notwithstanding article 45 (service of notices), any plans submitted to National Gas Transmission by the undertaker pursuant to this Part must be submitted to https://lsbud.co.uk/ or such other address as National Gas Transmission may from time to time appoint instead for that purpose and notify to the undertaker in writing.
