1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023 (Consequential Amendments) (No. 2) (England) Regulations 2024.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 25th April 2024.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
(4) These Regulations apply in England only.
