The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(1)1, 4(1) and 6(1) of the Compulsory Purchase (Vesting Declarations) Act 19812, section 20 of the Land Compensation Act 19613, and sections 59, 61(1) and 333(7) of the Town and Country Planning Act 19904.
