2. Following the alteration of the boundary between the parish of South Darley and the parish of Matlock by virtue of the Derbyshire Dales District Council (Reorganisation of Community Governance) Order 2022(1), the parish ward of Oker and Snitterton in the parish of South Darley ceases to be part of the Matlock West district ward and becomes part of the Bonsall and Winster district ward.
That Order was made by Derbyshire Dales District Council on 3rd October 2022 under powers including section 86 of the 2007 Act. Such orders are not required to be made by statutory instrument.
