The Merchant Shipping (Anti-Fouling Systems) Regulations 2024

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by articles 2(1), (2)(a) to (g), (3) and 3 of the Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Pollution) (Law of the Sea Convention) Order 19961, articles 3 and 4 of the Merchant Shipping (Control of Harmful Anti-Fouling Systems on Ships) Order 20222, sections 128(5) and (6), 302(1) and 306A of the Merchant Shipping Act 19953, and with the consent of the Treasury, makes the following Regulations.
