In regulation 2—

a

after the definition of “application for reconsideration”, insert—

  • “the Bilateral Safeguards Regulations” means the Trade Remedies (Increase in Imports as a Result of a Free Trade Agreement Causing Serious Injury to UK Producers) Regulations 2024;

b

in the definition of “interested party”, before sub-paragraph (a), insert—

regulation 2 of the Bilateral Safeguards Regulations in relation to an investigation or a review conducted under those Regulations;
