Schedule 3 amended (information required for redemption application)

24.  In Schedule 3, in paragraph 2—

(a) in sub-paragraph (c), omit “or property to which regulation 14(1)(b) applies”;

(b) after sub paragraph (d), insert—

“(da) the date that the eligible plant was commissioned,”;

(c) omit sub-paragraph (e).
