24. In Schedule 3, in paragraph 2—
(a)in sub-paragraph (c), omit “or property to which regulation 14(1)(b) applies”;
(b)after sub paragraph (d), insert—
“(da)the date that the eligible plant was commissioned,”;
(c)omit sub-paragraph (e).
