— Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products is amended as follows.

Omit Article 148.

In Article 149—
a
in paragraph 1, omit “within the meaning of the third subparagraph of Article 148(1)”.
b
after paragraph 1, insert—

For the purposes of this Article, a “collector” means an undertaking which transports raw milk from a farmer or another collector to a processor of raw milk or another collector, where the ownership of the raw milk is transferred in each case.

In Article 151, in the second unnumbered paragraph, omit “and Article 148”.

In Article 157, in paragraph 1(c)(v), for “Articles 148 and” substitute “Article”
