In paragraph 63 (placing homeopathic remedy on market in accordance with registration)—

in sub-paragraph (2) after “immunological” insert “or, subject to sub-paragraph (2A), a biological”

Sub-paragraph (2) does not apply in relation to a homeopathic remedy which is derived from plants.
