Amendment to paragraph 10

90.  In paragraph 10 (refusal or revocation of appointment)—

(a) for “or revoke” substitute “, revoke, suspend or vary”;

(b) for the heading substitute—

“Refusal, revocation, suspension or variation of appointment”.
