In paragraph 13 (test sites)—
a
in sub-paragraph (1) for “premises” substitute “a site”
;

in sub-paragraph (2) for “premises” substitute “site”
;
c
after sub-paragraph (2) insert—

The site must be specified in an existing manufacturing authorisation.
d
in sub-paragraph (3) for “Authorisation and inspection of the premises are” substitute “Inspection of the site is”
