Abolition of the two child limit for pension age housing benefit

6.  Regulation 22 of the Housing Benefit (Persons who have attained the qualifying age for state pension credit) Regulations 2006 (applicable amounts)(1) is amended as follows—

(a) in paragraph (1)(b)—

(i) omit “up to two individuals who are either”; and

(ii) omit “and”;

(b) omit paragraphs (5A) to (5D).
