Citation and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Environment Act 2021 (Commencement No. 9 and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2024.
(2) In these Regulations—
“the Act” means the Environment Act 2021;
“the 1990 Act” means the Environmental Protection Act 1990(1);
“the 1991 Act” means the Water Industry Act 1991(2).
