Subject to paragraph (2), the following are revoked—
a
the Parliamentary Elections (Returning Officers’ Charges) Order 20193;
b
the Parliamentary Elections (Returning Officers’ Charges) (Amendment) Order 20194.

The Orders revoked by paragraph (1) continue to have effect in respect of any parliamentary election for which the day of poll is before the day on which this Order comes into force.
