Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation1

These Regulations may be cited as the Glue Traps (Licensing) Regulations 2024 and come into force on 19th June 2024.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales.

In these Regulations—

  • “the Act” means the Glue Traps (Offences) Act 2022;

  • “Natural England” means the body established by section 1 of the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 20062.
