2. In the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order (Northern Ireland) 1999(1), in the Schedule, in the entry relating to the Financial Conduct Authority, in the second column—
(a)for paragraph (o) substitute—
“(o)the conduct of persons regulated under the Securitisation Regulations 2024 or under rules made by the Financial Conduct Authority relating to securitisation;”.
(b)omit paragraph (v).
S.R. 1999 No. 401. Paragraph (o) of the entry relating to the Financial Conduct Authority was substituted by S.R. 2022 No. 290.
