8. In section 12(1)(a) of the Energy Act 2010 (reconciliation mechanism: licence modifications)(1), for “section 6(1)(b) or (d)” to the end, substitute “section 6(1)(b), (d) or (da) of the Electricity Act 1989 (transmission, supply and electricity system operator licences);”.
